Math Explainers

This was a video I was quite excited to make. It was about the proof of Fermat's Last Theorem, but told in a story-like way:

In the summer of 2021, I took a reading course with Faisal Al-Faisal called "An Introduction to Arithmetic Geometry". It was basically a course in algebraic number theory. I wanted to summarize the contents of the course into a short video, and this video below was the outcome!

This video was an introduction to Galois theory. I found this topic very hard to learn, and it wasn't until several months after first seeing the topic that I actually began understanding the core ideas. I gave myself a challenge that I would explain the Fundamental Theorem of Galois theory in a short video. The video didn't end up being short at all, but I had fun making it!
